New gate system at check out is a joke. No normal tills now, you do all the work of checking out yourself while being given dirty looks by the staff and met with a huffy attitude if you need help or ask a question. They want you to do what should be the staffs work and treat you like a criminal while doing it. Only one cash till per set of tills too.
