I asked a costumer service person in the store to order 4 big plastic bags for storage. Later I realized they were too big for me, came back to return and was told I need to go to another store 30 mins away to return. Please, please, Ikea, tell your employees to mention this rule to your customers. Thanks! PS. There were no visible sign of that rule near the front door computer, from which the order was placed by IKEA representative.

They were out of stock on a lot of items which was fine, but after shopping and finding items I wanted to get a checker to check me out but was told they only do self check out.

Customer Service here is terrible. I purchased furniture here for the nonprofit that I work for. Nonprofits are tax exempt by law. At checkout, I showed all the necessary documentation for the transition - typically you need to show your tax exempt certificate and photo ID. I was handed a receipt that indicated tax had been taken off, but discovered later that we had been charged for the tax anyway. I love ikea!!! Great to see more locations in the dmv. This isnt a regular full sized ikea just a warning.
