I bought a cupboard, paid for it and was waiting for pick up after 15 minutes they just said its oversold. I was the one who went to ask what is going on. I waisted an hour, no apology Deserves zero star
The main reason for the 3 Stars is based on the experience in the restaurant. The lineup was horrendous, so we walked around the top floor of the store in the hope it would be less busy. When we got back, it was worse, only to realize, that only half the buffet was open, only one cash register was open and there was issues with being able to take payment. The quality of the meatballs didn't match the price point. So that's the reason for the 3 Stars.
Amazing food court. Great value food. Chocolate Cake was the best. The shopping area has such a diverse selection of goods. Fun to browse. Make sure to join the IKEA Family.
