Costumers services horrible … I was a sales person for a cover mattress I couldn’t find she was so lazy with to take and show where is at and se said all the way to the back. I couldn’t find it then my boyfriend when again and end of story they don’t have it. I’ve been waiting in line for 20 mins. I asked a worker for help. She said she was too busy for me and that they are short staffed. This is not appropriate nor professional. I had to leave my items without purchasing.

On Ikea's website, I ordered 3 desks for a move-in on 5/6. On 5/4 I received an email confirming my order was on its way to the pickup point with a same-day window of 11:00 AM-7:00 PM. I planned my move-in schedule around this confirmation. After 8 PM, still no pickup notification. I contacted IKEA chat and was told there was a delay due to 'inventory, processing, or logistics issues' and to wait 2-3 more days. No proactive communication.
