Not only he patiently put together my huge order including a lot of items, he kept helping me even after the store closed, and remained so patient and professional throughout the whole process. Truly shows how Ikea takes customer care seriouslyThe managers at Ikea should definitely give Knight a raise! Let him train the new staff too haha!
