Do not accept returns because a chair packaging was opened. Once is opened it is considered "Used". So, No returns is accepted. Ridiculous Return Policy!!!! possibly from one of the major chain stores. Pls read all their fine prints about return policy on the front and back of their receipt if you still want to buy from them. For me, that's is! No more.
