We went to IKEA yesterday and bought a bookshelf. We could not figure out how to get the box in my car. Rahman was super helpful and kind to me in this process and came up with a creative new idea that was still a safe way to have the box in the car, as we learned my car does not have the option to put the back seats down. Also, Rahman was upbeat and really understanding of the situation, and he prioritized our safety too.
