Had two orders for “click and collect”between 1-2pm. 1:50pm still no text saying my order was ready so I called Ikea customer service. 10min later they came back on to tell me they are still working on the other order. Order was placed yesterday afternoon. We were the only car waiting. Don’t waste your time with “click and collect” at this store. Waited past my collection time before someone came out with my order. We purchased a kitchen for a house from this location. Here are the pros and cons Pros: Quality of the cabinets for the price Assistance in planning the kitchen was free and professionally done Software to adjust and plan was excellent Delivery was professional and on time Cons If you want them to install, which we did the price is outrageous. The materials cost us $5,200 they charged us $4000 for the install We paid for IKEA to come out to measure but the measurements weren’t correct and we ended up with 2 incorrect cabinet... read more
