The men are useless there make them do work and they are mean and rude as well. Who hired them!
So many great things about this location and so many problems. We have gone here probably a dozen times by now and EVERY time the sales items do not ring up correctly. We don't have this issue at other stores. You should not have to occupy 10 minutes of an employees time every time you shop to get things priced right. There was also a new issue this visit where sale items were not stickered consistently throughout the store, a lot. Called ahead to ask about spare hardware (bolts and nuts), and was told I could come in to get them. Came into the store, and was told they don't do spare parts for kids furniture for liability reasons and it's part of their policy. I asked to see the policy and they left me for 6 minutes and came back asking for the part numbers. Left me for another 2 minutes then came out to say "no, we can't give those to you but you can order them online". I again asked to see the policy and she said it was internal.
