Nobody at return desk, sat and waited after checking in while tons of workers sitting on their phones doing nothing.
This place doesn’t worth even one star. Ordered my bed frame, came with multiple missing parts, their agent was not able to ship them to me immediately and urged me to pick it up (like what? I want my bedframe to be there on that day so I have smth to sleep on. Do they care about their customers at all??). So I went to their store in person, but the counter person said I need to swap the parts. Btw they’re rude as hell and made no efforts to help u unless u bump up your volume to speak with them. Rest assured cuz you’ll always find missing items when ur package is delivered to your. Furthermore, their customer service team is slow and unclear about what you need to bring to fix the problem. 0/10.
