Purchased an office chair and all bolts were missing so had to drive all the way back to the store and spent over 35 minutes to return. Ridiculous. In addition to 20 mins each way driving. So much for express returns. Decided not to waste time replacing. Will not shop here again as the return process is ridiculously slow. Off to Amazon. Could have kept me with some credit for the inconvenience caused…but not IKEA
