I placed an order online. However it told me I couldn’t pick up until 2 days later. Which I waited. Online and at the ikea store it gives you the option to pick up at 10am before the store opens at 11am. However when I got there and parked and tried to check in the directions said. It said I couldn’t until 11am. Which defeats the purpose?! So I was not able to wait nor pick up on the scheduled delivery time (doesn’t not give the option to change). As always love the store. Appeared clean, buggies available, etc. lots of items, great prices etc. Issue is checkout. Seriously … on a Saturday afternoon you HAVE to have most of the checkouts open. If I have to check out myself the least you can do is open the lines so I can get on with it. Just know what you are in for this time of year.
