Easy to get to, close to 80 and Highway 50. Home Dept and Mega Walmart in same location. It's your basic Ikea, in Sacramento. Recent visit in November 2025. Much more expensive than I remember.
Its a facility with an odd atmosphere. You walk inside and get the feel of a family furniture store, but the deeper in you go the more off putting it becomes. I've heard about the scp foundation and their ikea scp. It feels surreal and eerie in a way. Walking throughout the store, bundled up inside endless rows of furniture. The staff seemed nice, but that was only in the day. I came at night and decided to sneak inside, to my surprise, I wasn't wrong.
I was greeted by a very nice man, he brought out our order and was helpful, professional and very kind.
Idiocracy Bought an induction cooktop online at 7pm since the store is open til 9pm. I went to the pick up window and was told that they don’t have “pickers” to fulfill my order. However, the worker said if I pay in store then I can come back to his window and get the induction top. So now I have two charges for the same induction cooktop because they can give it to me if I pay in store. This is maddening and makes no sense. Very frustrating process.
