What the hell is with the self checkout? It takes significant more time to get through the lines in comparison to when an employee checked out customers. NO ONE WANTS THIS!!!!!! Why am I doing someone else's job? Do I get a discount since I'm doing someones job? Ridiculous scam to save money but ruin customer relations. Also, more than half of the registers are closed. Why? If it self service why shut any down at all?
01/18/26: The cafe by the checkouts was nasty. My drink came out of the fountain warm… I wouldn’t have know that if there was no ice... I was sick to my stomach all night terrible heartburn etc. had got a hot dog too. Will stick to Costco food court yikes. Not a good first impression. Was messy and unclean everywhere and out of everything. Was also annoying that we needed a cellphone to get a particular item that should never be the case when you’re in a physical store. Seems always out of what I'm wanting, lol.
It has gotten a lot more expensive over the years. Prices are not much different than everywhere else but still the mediocre to low quality.
