Beautiful facial , my therapist was lovely and the environment was beautiful but rude at the reception desk. They had made a mistake with what treatment I was having but made me feel like it was my fault. It was a birthday gift from my husband so I was really looking forward to it but I felt really disappointed. I am a local but found it overpriced for the service and unfortunately will not be bringing my family or friends back.
Absolutely the best spa experience ever! Shared as a couple. Our two amazing staff were beyond perfect, with the most gentle, nurturing and soothing touch. Together with the most beautiful calming setting, the whole visit exceeded our expectations.
Ikatan Day Spa was a quite disappointing experience and not worth the money in my opinion. The location is great and I was very exited when I entered the beautiful Balinese looking garden, my expectations were high. My partner had paid 420 Dollars for a 2 1/2 hour massage, that included facial, body and feet. The room where I got my massage was dark and cold. When I undressed I was starting to get cold. Amazing Balinese massage, the Spa Therapist Laura was so lovely and attended to exactly the parts of the body I requested and needed especially the head massage was DivineGardens are beautiful and tranquil to sit in after. Highly highly recommend
Absolutely 10 stars. I love day spa's. This is one of the best. The minute you walk in you feel like your in Bali. We were escorted to a hut. All to ourselves. Not just a room but a detached hut. Down a pathway of gardens. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Then on top of that the staff were amazing. We had a conversation first about what we wanted in this experience. And I say experience because it was absolutely magical. An amazing gift for your friend or relative. I took my cousin for her 60th birthday. So worth it.
