Absolutely 10 stars. I love day spa's. This is one of the best. The minute you walk in you feel like your in Bali. We were escorted to a hut. All to ourselves. Not just a room but a detached hut. Down a pathway of gardens. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Then on top of that the staff were amazing. We had a conversation first about what we wanted in this experience. And I say experience because it was absolutely magical. An amazing gift for your friend or relative. I took my cousin for her 60th birthday. So worth it.
The environment at Ikatan Day Spa is undeniably beautiful – the setting is tranquil, lush, and very well presented. Unfortunately, the actual service did not live up to the standard expected for the prices! The receptionist staff also left a lot to be desired. They were reluctant to offer suitable alternatives when I couldn’t have the pedicure (due to shellac polish on my toes). I came in today for a 2 hour package, 1hour full body massage and 1 hour facial! I am 34 weeks pregnant and honestly have never been so relaxed pregnant or not! I have been to a few spas and nothing was like this, the staff were all so beautiful and the lady I had (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) was so lovely. Had amazing facial. So relaxing, staff were lovely. Sitting relaxing outside after was perfect finish with glass of champagne or tea if you prefer, has ended the experience perfectly. Highly recommended
Brilliant experience. Worth every $$. The staff are lovely, communicate well and make you feel every minute of relaxation. The grounds are glorious - lush tropical gardens which create harmony even though you aren’t far from the hustle and bustle. We were buzzing for hours after our treatments.
