Outstanding day spa retreat. Loved it.
I was gifted a voucher for my birthday. Unfortunately I misplaced it and when I rung to see if they had a record of it they couldn’t find anything. So hundreds of dollars spent on a voucher to waste. I even knew the date of purchase. For such an established spa, I would think they would keep a thorough record of gift voucher purchases. Surely the sensible thing would be to keep a record of all vouchers purchased daily so all they would need to do is look up what was purchased on a specific date. Can’t be that difficult.

My wife & her girlfriend book a massage very time we are visting friends in the area. On this occossion the Mere Male got an invite. The ladies rave about the massage each time they visit, the service & relaxing atmoshere at Ikatan Day Spa. I can now understand why. Fantastic relaxing setting. The staff we dealt with where friendly & professional. After 3 days at a sporting event the massage was just what I needed, relaxing & balancing. And a drink in the garden is a nice touch to finish.
