Expensive but enjoyable. Not warm in the outdoor room in rainy weather.
What an incredible experience we had today. Our end of our 6wk Glow challenge pamper morning filled with massage, facials & bubbles Thank you to you all at Ikatan for such a beautiful relaxing morning from start to finish. Can highly recommend and will definitely be going back!
Outstanding day spa retreat. Loved it.
I was gifted a voucher for my birthday. Unfortunately I misplaced it and when I rung to see if they had a record of it they couldn’t find anything. So hundreds of dollars spent on a voucher to waste. I even knew the date of purchase. For such an established spa, I would think they would keep a thorough record of gift voucher purchases. Surely the sensible thing would be to keep a record of all vouchers purchased daily so all they would need to do is look up what was purchased on a specific date. Can’t be that difficult.
Just wow.
