Ikard Towing saved the day for us! On our way home from a family trip, we needed towing about an hour from home. Ikard sent Mark to tow our truck. He was so wonderful, he dropped us (myself, husband, daughter and small dog in a kennel) off at home to unload all our luggage before he continued on to take our truck to the shop. This personal service means the world to us! We were scrambling on a Saturday afternoon how to get ourselves home…Eastern weekend when everything was closed. After losing second gear up on my husband‘s 2014 Dodge Cummins, we left our truck halfway between Tullahoma and Shelbyville and contacted Ikard. Mark nearly beat us home by the time we picked up our daughters lol he was extremely friendly and helpful, and provided a great customer experience in a stressful situation!
The wonderful man came straight to my assistance when my car keys locked in my car because my key fob was messed up. It took him less than 3 mins to let me back in. Thank you so much Ikard.
