I am not sure why on earth this place has a 4.6 rating. They are a total sham. I booked a scalp spa treatment - which I’ve had done before in the city, so I’m familiar with the treatment and what it entails. Firstly, they advertise that they wash with a shampoo suited to your hair type, and that they conduct a scalp analysis - THAT IS ALL FALSE.
