FLORIDA: In August 2007, someone was using the CSAT letters after their name. I called IITAP to verify those credentials and was told the person obtained their CSAT in 2009. At that time, this person did not have a masters degree or a license. To my best knowledge, this person likely obtained their undergraduate degree around 2011.
