Superb staff with exceptional knowledge. I couldn't speak more highly of them!
I had a good working relationship with FCCU for many years. Had some financial difficulties and they were working with me on it. But, a phone call with a younger male staff member who thought he had to moral high ground to lecture me, caused me to discontinue my affiliation with them.
Hands down the best bank and friendly staff.
Angie should be your go-to choice when working with a representative at FCCU. She was able to assist myself and my dad with account access, registration, and follow up questions with ease & professionalism. She was an absolute delight on the phone and I wish that everyone could share her same optimism on customer service calls :)
