I kind of hate when small businesses think that because they’re a small business they don’t have to offer any customer service at all. This is perpetuating people choose to order from reputable big businesses. Please be warned if you order anything online there are NO RETURNS (credit only) - AND you have to pay for shipping. I would have happily paid for shipping and just simply returned the item which is beyond reasonable for a seven day return window. But now I’m out the cost of the item plus $13 return shipping.
