What wonderful experience! The Infrared sauna and salt room were great. FinishMy from end send I went for the birthday special!!! Such a Zen place. Totally check them out!
This is the best kept secret in Haverhill, MA. I had the Reiki done by Nicole and was amazed how relaxed I was after and the heat that came from her hands to myself. I was skeptical at first but as the day wore on I realized how much more alive and energized I was. My husband actually fell asleep during the session. It's a beautiful and clean facility, the staff is very pleasant, and it's such a relaxing experience! Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to get away, but don't have the time or finances to do so. This is a close second!
Amazing!! Very clean and inviting facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Yoga is great and they offer a variety of classes for all levels. The salt room was new to me, I found it to be very relaxing and it helped with my asthma. They also sell some fabulous products, I got some facial cleaner, which makes my skin feel amazing, and some candles that smell insanely delicious. I’ll definitely be going back to try the infrared Sauna and massages next!
