Howard Frankel is, by far, the best mortgage broker in the business! My process had more twists and turns that I have ever experienced and I did mortgage underwriting and sales for over twenty years. I've now refinanced my home twice with Mike Mazursky: out of the half-dozen or so times I've purchased or refinanced a house, these two times with iHome Mortgage have been the best--second place isn't even close. Mike is responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. The refinance process (both times) was easy, and the rates simply couldn't be beat--I got my cake and ate it, too. I enthusiastically recommend iHome Mortgage to anyone looking to do an IRRRL on a VA loan.
