On May 20, 2023, I brought in my broken iPhone 13 because it would not turn on. I was told that the logic board needed to be repaired. Ryan the rat then told me I would need to pay a $100 "attempt fee" as he was "sending it to San Jose" to be repaired. Looking back, I suppose this should have been a red flag, but he was charging me half the price most other places were aski... read more

I brought my iPad in for repair over a year ago. I went in over 7 times and was lied to over and over. I’ve called over 50 times no answer. If you’re a Santa Cruz local do not support this business.
