With dealing with my (Ian) hearing problem. I-Hear Kalgoorlie (now Connect Hearing) went our their way so many times to assist with adjustment's as we are from the country and would have had to travel long distances to have these adjustment's made. Andrea an Paula where so accommodating in their attempts to get a Grumpy old man to recommunicate. Their assistance in our well being was amazing and we are truly thankful.

Ihear hearing consultation was used as the clinic was held monthly, locally, in our small WA Wheatbelt town. Progress with my aids went smoothly for some months until our clinics were cancelled... permanently! Fortunately, ihear Teleaud assisted with problems which has been great, as our town had no clinics for several months.. Ihear has sourced another techie to begin our clinic in the future which will be greatly appreciated by locals who've become unhappily stranded for hands on help.
