I had a nagging hip pain when walking - it was amazing that after one session the pain was relieved - a great experience that i would highly recommend. I will be back.

Carissa is AMAZING She is an extremely knowledgeable yoga therapist and she used yoga therapy and tai bodywork on me which was extremely helpful in relieving my neck/back pain and overall inflammation would highly recommend her to anyone! She is also an amazingly talented calming yoga teacher!
