I went today to signup for an account, as a new potential customer. The front desk employee seemed annoyed that I exist and said the other employees were busy. She asked if I would wait around. When asked how long the wait would be she yelled into a side room to ask another employee how long it would be. She then told me to come back another day. No offer to take down my name and phone number, nothing. I should have read the reviews here first, looks they did me a favor.
Amazing ladies that work at this location! They helped me with an auto loan and stayed longer then need to help make sure I got what I needed. Definitely happy that I am a member!
Wouldn’t open a checking account for me after making me sit there for 20 minutes on my lunch break and assuring me I would be able too. Had a large sum of money to deposit as well. Too bad they don’t want my business. They wasted half my lunch break only to deny my business. Good riddance.
Over and over and over and over our account keeps getting put on hold so that we CAN'T use OUR funds. Whatever rediculous third party they use to verify accounts is severely flawed and we are leaving this bank immediately.
If I could give a lower rating I would. I didn't get a chance to deposit or withdraw any of my money from my account this year. They proceeded to charge me $5 every month which totaled up to $60 or more for inactivity and I thought you put money into a credit union for safekeeping not so they can take it away I went to close my account. The teller at the window was extremely rude if I were you, I'd go elsewhere for financial needs.
