If I could give a 0 I would. They don't care for you or your money. They don't protect that for sure. Had a business account 28 debit card hacked and over 10000 been stolen and they said the appointment for closest branch get s letter that I can't claim any more fraud claims. They let someone thru bill pay to make bad checks to send to my creditors they don't accept police reports now will they won't call them and report it either.
They have all animated drives through, so you have to drive to the front. They also charge $3.00 to cash a check drawer on their bank.
I don't often think about the bank until I need to use their service. Today I realized my gas tank was low, my checking was a little bare, and payday was a weekends eternity away, if figured I could stop by and deposit some cash I had on hand to stay afloat until payday. A quick two minute escapade to the ATM. Instead I spent ten minutes watching the loading screen spin around and around before spitting my cash back out at me and canceling the transaction. IH sucks, they don’t allow the same usage and features as other banks do as well as they quite literally always have their app down for “maintenance”, which makes it unusable for anything for HOURS multiple days a week.
