Most irritating credit union i have ever dealt with. Very incompetent people that just leave you sitting on hold till you hang up. Service is horrible!
EDIT: they were able to verify the check the same day I wrote this review..weird, but thanks. They are keeping my settlement check because it looks fraudulent and they refuse to verify it. As soon as I get my lump sum or this check clears, I'm withdrawing all my funds and going somewhere else after fifteen years. There are very few people here willing to work with and for you but it seems like this bank as a whole doesn't want your money and they treat you like it too.

If I could give a 0 I would. They don't care for you or your money. They don't protect that for sure. Had a business account 28 debit card hacked and over 10000 been stolen and they said the appointment for closest branch get s letter that I can't claim any more fraud claims. They let someone thru bill pay to make bad checks to send to my creditors they don't accept police reports now will they won't call them and report it either.
