This place absolutely does not know what they are doing!! I called in November to get the payoff balance. I paid that and then got another bill! I went over today to pay the bill in person - the cashier gave me a total due and I wrote a check for that amount and she said that was the final bill. I just checked the receipt and it says I owe $5. I will never do business here again!!
They have always let me use the restroom in the past after making a transaction; however this time they denied me to use their restroom. I work outdoors and have no where else to relive myself. All the other IH have restrooms for their clients.
