Really poor supermarket. Bought a packet of food that was rancid when opened. Went to return it and the owner said it was within date and would not give a refund. Owner told me to go and take up the issue with the producer of the product instead. Note that the vendor did not inspect or taste the product, was not even in the store - instead simply determined straight away that it was not problematic by instructing the cashier not to give a refund through Wechat. The refund policy was excellent. I had an item returned, and the staff was both helpful and responsive, making the process smooth and hassle-free!

Sold rice at twice the price they sell it at coals within a month of its expirey date. No return policy and unhelpful staff, just go to coals Added reply*: provided images of the followint complaint, image of the production date(front) 3 march 2024, image of the shelf life(back) 12 months*, recipt showing transaction date. I do appreciate the response, however it is kind of upsetting that the rice had only 17 days of shelf life from when it was purchased
