Zero star. Three words to describe my interaction with the people who work here (Katarina - RMT + Front Desk and or Owner - MARY): Dismissive, Passive - Aggressive. They portray their public persona as “professional” but I can see right through them. Don’t let the ambience fool you. “My soul has definitely NOT been ignited.” Highly recommend “Spa Sedona” on Church / Kingston Rd. Authentic people - Excellent experience!!!!
I had an absolutely amazing experience at the spa over the weekend. One of the best massages I've ever had. I left feeling incredibly relaxed. My massage therapist (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) really found my pain points without me having to say anything, which I have struggled with in the past. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The room was calming with music and aromas which added to the relaxing experience. Can't say enough good things about this spa! Will definitely be back
My husband and I had an excellent couples massage at Ignite Your Soul. The massage therapists were very friendly and provided a wonderful service. The spa was very clean and nicely laid out. The massage tables were so comfortable and we had the fluffiest blankets on top. The massage included a body scrub as well and lip balm which was a great added touch. We can’t wait to come back again and try more services!
Calming and nice
I had the best experience yesterday at Ignite Your Soul! Colleen did an amazing facial on me.! It was a gift certificate gifted to me for my Birthday from a regular client of theirs. Such a relaxing time and my skin felt so beautiful when I was done! I highly recommend this beautiful spa for a luxury experience!! 5 Stars for Colleen! Thank you, Ill definitely be back!
