Mary was fantastic! She could really read my body and paid special attention to the areas I needed worked on the most. The hot stones were so soothing and I would highly recommend to anyone!!
Tranquil and very relaxing, Colleen was amazing. Helped with the booking and was quite flexible in accommodating reschedule request. She is a great masseur as well. Highly recommend special occasion or otherwise.
Oh definitely you wont… just like the other low ratings you’ve received—this spa is incredibly unprofessional. I booked the 3-in-1 facial, and after the session, there was absolutely no glow on my face. In fact, my skin looked even duller than before. I initially thought maybe it would improve in a day or two, so I left without raising any issues. But even after 2–3 days, there was no improvement—my face still looked dull. Zero star. Three words to describe my interaction with the people who work here (Katarina - RMT + Front Desk and or Owner - MARY): Dismissive, Passive - Aggressive. They portray their public persona as “professional” but I can see right through them. Don’t let the ambience fool you. “My soul has definitely NOT been ignited.” Highly recommend “Spa Sedona” on Church / Kingston Rd. Authentic people - Excellent experience!!!!
