I use Ignite for our business telecoms system and thoroughly recomend. Mike is always willing to listen and provide the correct product for our needs.
Attempts to replace aging modem were difficult to get connected which included an NBN tech visit to fix one of the issues. Camille from Ignite persevered over the last few weeks & today we were successful. Feeling grateful
The service has noticeably declined. It has been extremely frustrating to have the correct recording uploaded to our phones for the Christmas and New Year closure. Despite sending through the accurate recording, the wrong one keeps being uploaded. It also appears that much of the work has been outsourced overseas. Edit: Review rating has been updated as they have improved their customer service latley.
