Ryan Steck, the CFO, prepared our 2021 corporate and personal tax returns. Although we had $60,000 in credits available to the owners, he only applied enough on each personal return to get the tax due to 0, not considering that withholdings could be refunded and leaving thousands in tax credits unused.
