I started coming here two weeks ago because I hurt my Achilles tendon while training for a half marathon. I came to Ignite and Will in particular on a friend's recommendation after struggling with recovery of my MCL. I had injured myself and after 8-9 months was still struggling to train BJJ without aggravating the injury. My regular rest and PT just weren't cutting it. Will took everything to a deeper level and miraculously got me back to where I was prior to injury, then took me farther. I would 100% recommend coming to ignite pyhzio, not only because they are one of the best physical therapy programs but also because Ziad is an amazing person. He is helping me come back from a labrum injury and I wouldn’t want to have anyone but Ziad help me along my journey to coming back to baseball.
