Having cancelled my account over the phone, I was still charged a monthly fee of nearly $40 for years afterwards. I didn't know the source of this fee as the designator was not clear on my bank statements, and I was not sent a regular statement from the company. This card processing company will not check in with you even after 3 years to see how to improve the relationship. Though not without my share of the blame, I am out nearly $1,500 with resolution in sight.
