Amanda and Isaiah make such a great team and I absolutely love their podcast! I haven't had a chance to try a session yet, but it's definitely on the todo list! I have their podcast on my Spotify favorites though and really enjoy all the variety of topics they cover and how they all relate to our health.

Jessica was amazing. We set my goal and I lost the weight that I wanted. She was so helpful with supplying recipes and snack ideas as well as options.
