Last year I got the ignite EMTB and I love it's so far thanks guys
10/10 experience with the customer service. I had a fault with the LCD screen in which I couldn't use the bike at all. Inquired on a fix, got same day response and dispatch of a new replacement LCD screen with postage swap out of the old faulty one.
My grand kids would to say Thanks to Glenn and the team at Ride Ignite for their awesome Glide x bikes. They absolutely love the pedal assist specifically when it comes to the hills near their house. The team at Ride were so easy to deal with, I’d recommend Ride Ignite to anyone looking for a new eBike.
