This guy will make everything sound really good. Act like he’s teaching you and tell you he’s done taxes and S Corps and LLCs for over 30 years to get you to trust him. After you pay him, and 6 months later the IRS says he didn’t do what he was paid for, he’s going to come back and tell you that it’s not on him, the UNITED STATES Government does what it wants.
