I first went into iGeeks because my iPad stopped charging. Chris helped me. He ordered the part and fixed it within 24 hours as I said I use it for work and knew how important it was for me to get it back. Then he changed the covers on both my iPad and iPhone. A couple weeks ago he helped me recover an account so I could set up my new laptop. Each time he’s been friendly and helpful. I would recommend the services to anyone who asks!
WARNING! Don't go here. I came in last week to get my screen replaced. Within a week, my phone drains immediately and has to now be charged during the day (this was not an issue prior). Face ID no longer works accurately. Honestly, I would have been better off with a broken screen. Avoid this place at all costs if you want a functional phone after paying for a screen replacement.
These guys did a great job! My wife’s iPhone had an unfortunate encounter with a rock when the ground jumped up out of nowhere and hit her phone 😂. The stupid ground broke the glass backing of her iPhone 14 Pro Max. I was all prepared to buy a new phone, BUT instead, with a visit to iGeeks, and $200 later, I walked out with a new OEM Apple part installed.
