Super disappointing experience and would not recommend at all. TLDR: unprofessional, dishonest and a crummy “repair” job. Took iPad with shattered glass screen to be replaced on a Saturday; told it would be ready in one day, but I should come back on Monday. I’m told I have to pay the cost of the repair upfront. I return on Monday; the iPad hasn’t moved from where I left it with the guy (but there *are* pen marks on my case…thanks so much). I have used iGeek several times to fix phones, they are extremely helpful, friendly and reasonably priced and always fix my issue quickly. Highly recommend!
I went to get my display changed because it stopped working, they quoted me a price and said they would throw in a free screen protector, I said fine and did it. my phone worked fine but the screen felt very springy and there would be times where the screen wouldn’t read my finger when I tapped on something so I took it back. he tried to turn the vibration of my phone off and said problem was fixed but I told him that I always had it on and turning it off didn’t fix the problem plus it still had the issue of the screen not r... read more

Sam was amazing and attentive. Fixed my daughter's iPad screen and recommended the perfect screen and case for the iPad. Would recommend anyway
