I arrived at the store to simply get a drink at 10:26, I was running on time but knew what I wanted and would have been out of there before 10:30 close. As I was walking to the door very clearly in view of 2x Employee's I witnessed the lights go off and the lady very aware I was there walk to the door and look at me before locking the door. This was very unfortunate as by the time I got in my car it was still 10:29, I know the time is close but not even any form of recognition or apologies very dissapointing.
Hi there I hate to complain because I have only experienced good service from your store until today, I came in to pay for my petrol and the guy on the register was chatting to his mate and then served me which was fine but I went to pay with my bp card unsure whether I put in one of my two pins I waited to see the approved sign but the guy said yep your all good and continued to chat to his friend, assuming all was fine I made my way out to the car and was chased by another worker for not paying, I totally understand why as... read more
