I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this IGA location. The customer service was unwelcoming from the moment I walked in—no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. What made the situation worse was the way staff interacted with me compared to other customers. Their tone and behavior felt dismissive and disrespectful, and it came across as biased. Kassiererin welche lieber tiktok schaut als freundlich zu sein. Habe Bananen gekauft die für $2 im Angebot waren weil diese braune Punkte hatten. Abgerechnet wurden $5,99. Bei Nachfrage wurden mir ziemlich unfreundlich Bargeld als erstattung in die Hand gedrückt, welches nicht mal ausreichend war für die Rückerstattung.

Well Orbost was a stop over so decided to go to the local IGA to grab some food and to stock up. Well damn the food and products that we bought were out of date by 6 months !! (which is shocking) and didn’t notice they were OOD products until we got back to motel to prepare and eat them, also the prices for products in IGA is so expensive, I understand that things have gone up but gee it’s just ridiculous.
