The customer service here is usually so good, except for an experience I had the other day which is just so disappointing. Training your employees is extremely important, and clearly some of these people either haven’t been trained or are just not being closely looked at. I had an older woman, around 40’s comment on my weight the other day and as an older woman myself who is prone to feel self conscious to these comments like most are, it upset me a lot.
