Deli report, there’s a middle-aged Australian woman that in the last 2 1/2 months that I’ve moved to the area and been going there seems to believe that her job is to get the customer in and out and not ask the customer what they want not care about the customer at all you can see it so clearly. I’m not sure if she’s a manager or team leader or what she is however, she needs to be trained customer service when you’re giving pork pork or roasted chickens or pumpkin carrots, and potatoes don’t just put what you want in the bag... read more
When i went into IGA on Sunday morning, i was served by the nicest young girl ever. She served with such kindness and actually acted interested in her job, along with this me and her had such a good chat it was just the most perfect customer service i have had there in a while.
