Very happy with the shopping experience in IGA Waterford. One of the staff, Chee, was very helpful and did a special order for nappies that were out of stock in-store. Very good customer service!
Bought a deli box from IGA Waterford (Karawara) on 25th Oct 2025. Found a weird blue-white string thing in my meal—totally not food-related. Super concerning for food safety and ruined my meal. I’ve got pics of the foreign object, the meal, and the receipt. IGA Waterford needs to check this out fast, give a refund, and fix this. This shouldn’t happen, so hope you respond soon
Pleasant shopping experience with pleasant staff.
I'm so sick of driving to this store then finding they shut early. You can't rely on them to be open at all! It doesn't matter if you show up 10 mins before close or 80 mins before close. They just lock the doors whenever then feel like it. Please stop wasting everyone's time and just close when you say you will!
