Look it was ok. Understocked shelves empty. Could of been waiting on deliveries. Can get your basics. Staff friendly. Hot chickens and deli great.
Local of 52 years and always shop here but as of late I have found the shelves are quite empty, especially when the specials are on it seems they're sold in one hour because I get there early and most shelves are empty. I try to support local businesses but lately it has been very lacklustre.
Fantastic choice of lunch and take away food. Bought a hearty chicken salad for just $7!
I regularly visit IGA Tugun beach, Cute little store and I especially love visiting on a Sunday afternoon when (I think her name is) Kitty is working, she always greets each customer with a welcoming smile, a complement and a friendly conversation that always makes each customer she serves day! I even noticed that she worked on Christmas which is very commendable for a young girl. She truly brightens up the store! I think I know the smell that reviewer Clare is talking about. It’s coming from the air fresheners, the white boxes on the walls. They can be highly toxic, with those industrial ones containing formaldehyde and more carcinogens.
