Worst customer service, the female cashier didn’t even acknowledge us, didn’t even bother looking up from her phone and completely ignored us through out the whole check out process. Not once did she look up from her phone, incredibly rude. This was yesterday the 25th of Feb, 7:30pm. I’m sure you can train your staff better.
Ordered all this stuff that I needed for Xmas lunch couldn’t go out again. Paid $100 plus didn’t get what I needed, I only ordered there cause they said they had tandoori paste( hard to get) ordered 6 got 1 and no explanation or refund. Furious !! Never again
Usually great place to go, staff are good. Which is why I took some time before writing this review. Last time we went in the cashier stopped to pat a dog before packing our groceries. They had put gloves on to scan the food and then rubbed the dog all over its face. He then came back and started to scan our groceries. We did not know what to say, too shocked - just watched. On Wednesday, 19 June 2025, at approximately 5:30 PM, I politely asked for my receipt from a slim female staff member, who appears to be of Indian background. As I was unsure whether she had heard me, I repeated my request in a calm and respectful tone. To my surprise, she snapped back with “I know,” and handed me the receipt in a noticeably dismissive and unfriendly manner — without even basic courtesy.
