Sells expired products and thinks its customers are fools. If purchasing cheese check if there is a label on top of a label hiding the original expiry date. Have also purchased expired food from here before and it is a real concern for customer health. Shop elsewhere.
all hot cross buns had use by date of today but still full price, half didn't even have a date, stire probably just removed the date when they expired.
If i was able to rate it zero I would. I am a regular customer as well. I have been shopping at IGA for over 10 years. A rude lady told me to move and she abused me. Then manager comes and tells me off. For being rude when I was holding my Shopping. When he was rude. I said I will leave my Shopping and go to Coles and tells me go do your shopping at coles we dont want you. Rude customer serivce by management and staff members. Great deli with fantastic staff... however they seriously need to upgrade this store. In particularly the floors.
I usually drink dairy farmers 30gm protein milk from coles or woolies but had to purchase from here today. However its expiry was till 30th of January but when I drank it I felt a strange taste and it disturbed my stomach. Really bad experience with IGA.
