Still the Best Great Boutique Grocery store Always a Special on Best IGA in Melbourne. Peter the the hands on Manager Is doing a Fabulous Job. Staff are Awesome, very Helpful. Plenty of free parking, some nice shops next door, Fish and chip shop and s Good Pharmacy too.
I want advice everyone who is customer in iga Thomastown,that when you pay cash,you must count again your change,they keep constantly take 1 $. From change.this is not the first time...mould on food and bread everywhere,because they don't clean enough,smell bad,and people that worked there accuse wrongly people from stealing...
IGA Thomastown is very Cost affective and competitive supermarket, they always have specials on sale and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Very clean and organized. I have been shopping at IGA for years and if I ever need something they don't have in stock they will order it in for me to pick up. Awesome service. It can do with a little face lift but that's not a problem for me I love the store as it is . Keep up the great work..
My family has been shopping here for decades, since the 70’s, through all its changes SSW, Tuckerbag etc… I’m not sure what’s happened to this place in the last 1-2yrs but I’m noticing changes that are not positive. Staff are becoming less friendly (not all but majority). Prices have gone through the roof (in an area that is low socio economic you need to cater for that) we spend less there now because of their exorbitant price increases and travel a bit further to Cole’s, Aldi and Woolies for better value.
