I always have a great shopping experience at IGA St Andrews! The store is well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate, which makes shopping quick and convenient. They offer a wide range of products, from fresh produce and meat to household essentials and snacks, all at competitive prices. Normally great, however their attitude when it comes to faulty products is nothing but passing the buck. Bought 2 tubs of ice cream which had clearly melted then refrozen with freezer burn, to which they responded you have to contact the supplier. Mind you we had contacted the supplier & they said the responsibility to the ice cream at its correct temperature is the Retailer. So nothing but passing the buck back and forth. NO MORE ICE CREAM FROM IGA 👎
