Went to this IGA on Anzac Day; it was extremely busy and the young people behind the counter were under a lot of pressure. I observed what appeared to be some kind of supervisor (larger lady with brown hair and glasses) rudely barking orders at the staff whilst walking up and down behind the counters and drinking a can of coke.
