Edit: regarding your reply, that is a lie. The same response you parrot to other reviews. YES Sorrento IGA and YES that IS the food you do. Been in your store lately? My review was as follows: Biggest issue is the hot food, the pork is terrible, all the time, overcooked/dry with rubbery chewy 'crackling' and the gravy dark and gloopy, looks 3 months old. I would just like to write about the amazing customer service I received from someone who worked here. From memory I believe her name might have been Tia or something along those lines. She was nothing but helpful towards me and her work should be commended, I honestly felt so stupid because I was asking where the bread was and to be honest it was a silly question but she was so respectful and made me feel like my question wasn’t silly. Super handy local iga that has a bit of everything. I don’t do my weekly shop but always handy to get a snack or things I’ve forgotten
Best grocery store in the area by far! Staff was helpful and the store is well stocked and organized! Its also the perfect size - not too small and not too big. We visited at least five other mainstream and smaller grocery stores to find distilled water and this was the only store that had it!
