Customer service here is hard to find. They make you feel like you’re interrupting their day. Or a burden to them. Awful. They all need to b replaced.
An old school place with a good selection of pasta, and a good deli. Produce is hit and miss and prices are OK for some essentials. Lower rating only because the customer service is very consistently bad and/or strange.
Love this place - my favorite local for essentials and specialty foods.
Really disappointed with the subterfuge perpetrated today at IGA Reservoir, the chicken schnitzels were on special, clearly labelled "packed 16.02.2026", BUT the price sticker had been placed over an original sticker dated the 14th (and others the 13th). Upon opening them at home it was evident from the sickly sweet odour (bacteria 🤢!!!) that they clearly should not have been sold today.
