Customer came in with dog should have rang council Then store personal pat dog in fresh fruit section than continues stacking fruit Dogs not allowed in store Wash hands after patting dog Some Customer bought that fruit afterwards unaware taking photos next time That wasn't the first time I've seen dog in store

Today i went to Ramsgate IGA, to get couple of things, and now regretting it. I bought 5 items, which were all on sale, and only 1 turned out to be correct price. I was a bit confused by the total price at the cashier, but was in a hurry, so just paid and went home. But when checking receipt at home, was shocked to find out that all those items on sale, were scanned as full priced. How can you scam people like that????? If you aren't willing to sell items on reduced price, why then scam people??? Just unbelievable experience... read more

“I’m a regular customer at this IGA store, and almost every time I buy fresh produce, it’s moldy, old, and wrinkled. What’s shocking is that these aren’t discounted items—they’re supposed to be ‘fresh.’ The lemons, berries, carrots, kale, etc., are all in poor condition. When I mentioned this to the cashier, they admitted that the produce isn’t fresh but frozen, and after defrosting, it quickly spoils, leading to mold. This is unacceptable.
